TERMS AND CONDITION

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions, our privacy policy, our cookies policy and any other documentation referred to in any of these documents from time to time. We may change our terms and conditions and other documentation for any reason. If required by law, we will provide you with notice of any changes in these terms and conditions or the other documentation referred to in them by posting a notice on the website and/or by posting an updated version of these terms and conditions or other such documentation on our website with a new effective date stated at the beginning of them. By continuing to access our website after we have updated our terms and conditions, terms of sale, and/or user content agreement, you agree to be bound by those updated versions. Returns, Exchanges or Refund Policy
Under normal circumstances, we do not allow any returns, exchanges or refunds except in special cases where the items are found damaged. For any return, exchange or refund request an uncut, clear, 360 degrees unboxing video from the opening of the courier bag/carton box to complete unboxing of the parcel must be sent within 24 hours of receiving the parcel to info@prettypressnails.com. Failure to submit proper evidence in time will lead to rejection of the return, exchange or refund request.

No returns are allowed on final sale, except if damaged product are found, provided the original invoice is kept intact and the items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges, if applicable.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, provided the original invoice is kept intact and the items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.
To approve your exchange, write to us at info@prettypressnails.com with in 24 hours of delivery with appropriate images and an uncut, clear, 360 degrees unboxing video from the opening of the courier bag/carton box to complete unboxing of the parcel. We reserve the right to reject your exchange request without any prior notice.

Refunds, if applicable.
 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return and refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a period of 15 days. Late or missing refunds, if applicable.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts, if applicable.  
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

Cancellation Policy
No cancellations are allowed once the final order is placed.

Shipping Policy
Where all do you ship?
We ship all over India.

What are the shipping charges? We charge Rs. 59 for shipping.

When will my order be shipped? All orders are usually shipped with in 2-3 days of placing the order. 

When will my order be delivered? Our shipping time varies between 7-8 days depending upon your location.

Orders lost/misplaced or damaged? Kindly write to us at info@prettypressnails.com with appropriate proof and we will personally look into it on a case to case basis. 
For any return, exchange or refund request an uncut, clear, 360 degrees unboxing video from the opening of the courier bag/carton box to complete unboxing of the parcel must be sent within 24 hours of receiving the parcel to info@prettypressnails.com. Failure to submit proper evidence in time will lead to rejection of the return, exchange or refund request.


General Conditions
You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell, duplicate, resell or exploit any portion of our products and services etc without obtaining written permission from us. We reserve the right to refuse our products and services to anyone at any given point of time for any reason whatsoever without prior notice. You understand that your content may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various channels. Please note that any credit card information given is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Order once placed will not be cancelled at any cost, even if it’s not shipped, there won’t be cancellations available for any order placed on our website.

For delayed orders, there won't be any cancellations/refunds provided.
